CANCELLATION POLICY
Georgia Sports Chiropractic Cancellation Policy
Out of respect and consideration to your Chiropractor, we kindly ask that you honor your scheduled appointment time. Please note that appointment times are limited daily and the appointment time is reserved for you and no one else.
Georgia Sports Chiropractic understands that unanticipated events occasionally do happen in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients’ time, we kindly ask that you give at least a 24 hour advanced notice when cancelling and/or changing an appointment.
Any Cancellations / Changes / No-Shows in less than 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments may be subject to a missed appointment fee. Insurance cannot be billed for these charges. Cancellation fees are the responsibility of the patient and must be paid in full before the next visit.
